Creature Mark
The goal of this project was to create an abstract creature mark that visually communicated its distinct features, including its behavior and physical characteristics. The creature mark must include point, line, and shape principles while still maintaining its unique animal qualities.

Form Analysis
For the creature mark, circles and ovals were used as the primary form of the animal’s body. Overlapping of the circles and adding a white outline created a figure-ground reversal; the foreground being the head, the middle ground being the body’s midsection, and the background being the rest of the tail.
